Sales Tax

Only California-based orders will be charged a sales tax rate of 8.75%. Ordersshipped outside California are not charged sales tax.

10-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money back guarantee return policy. The 10-day period begins once you receive your order. We will proudly refund your order if the product has a manufacturer defect or is in unused condition. Products in used or open are not eligible for return or a refund.

We gaurantee site wide free shipping on all mainland US orders. There are no hidden shipping fees, that's our promise!

International Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are applied to orders shipped outside of the mainland US. Examples: Hawaii, Cananda, UK.

Processing and Transit Times

An order can take up to 4 business days to get ready to ship. Once shipped, please allow a transit time of 1-2 weeks for mainland US orders and 2-5 weeks for non-mainland US and International orders.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately. Keep in mind that once an order has left one of our warehouses it can no longer be canceled. Any order that is canceled will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Dunnaj Gift cards range in price, never expire, and their value never depreciates over time. Dunnaj International is not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged, unauthorized, or improper use of gift cards.
