Always use caution when sending information via e-mail. For your protection, do not submit credit card or personal-confidential information via e-mail as this could create a risk of interception by unauthorized persons.

We take certain steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict any access what-so-ever.  We maintain safeguards that comply with standards to guard your personal information.


When a Fraudulent or Questionable Payment is Involved

If a situation arises where a payment does not clear, is fraudulent, or is not accepted there may be a $75-100 fee or a 35% restocking fee and your products will not be shipped.


Sales Tax

Only California-based orders will be charged a sales tax of 8.75%. Orders not shipped within the state of California (eg. South Dakota, New York) will not be charged any sales tax.


10-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money back guarantee return policy. The 10-day period begins once you receivyour product(s). We will proudly refund your order if the product has a manufacturer defect or is in unused condition. All products that are in used condition or open are not eligible for return & will not be able to receive a refund.

Note: All customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning any product back to us and there is a 35% restocking fee applied to all unused items.


Shipping & International Shipping Fees

Dunnaj offers free shipping on all products that are shipped within the Continental US. Orders shipped outside of the Continental US and to International destinations will incur shipping fees.

Once shipped from our warehouse, please allow a transit time of 1-2 weeks for Continental US orders and a transit time of 2-4 weeks for Non-Continental US and International orders.

Note: Transit times will vary based on what was ordered and the size of the product(s).


Free Shipping Guarantee with Site Wide Free Shipping

One of the services Dunnaj is well known for is Site Wide Free Shipping. Site Wide guarantees free Continental US shipping on any product that is sold on Dunnaj.com - No matter what!

If for any reason you are charged (a shipping fee) for a Continental US order you will be given a $50 Dunnaj Gift Card & that order will be completely free!

At this time only Continental US orders are eligible for the Site Wide Free Shipping service.


Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately. Keep in mind that once an order has left one of our warehouses it can no longer be canceled. Any order that is being canceled will incur a 35% cancellation/restocking fee.

Dunnaj Gift cards range in price, never expire, and their value never depreciates over time. Dunnaj International is not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged, unauthorized, or improper use of gift cards.
