Many e-commerce retailers will tell you that all sales are final but every item we carry falls under our 10-day return policy.
To initiate a return and refund for an order, simply follow these 4 steps:
1. Access your order via the Order Tracking Page.
2. Type in your order number and click 'Find My Order'.
3. Under 'Order Details' click the 'Initiate a Return' link.
4. Read the terms & conditions regarding the return, complete the form and submit it.
Within 24-48 hours of submitting the request a Dunnaj Customer Advocate will get in touch with you regarding your request.
Returns and Refund Processing
Returns are generally processed within one week of receiving the products back. However, during any holiday season this process may take up to four weeks.

The following Terms & Conditions must be met to qualify for a full refund on a return:
1. All products must be returned with a traceable method to assure delivery of the package.
2. We are not responsible for refunding an order if we cannot verify the return of a product.
3. All products must be in an unused condition or have a manufacturer defect to be eligible for return.
4. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date you received your order. Once the return period for an order has expired all return requests will de declined.
5. We will gradly refund the full purchase price of the product(s), less shipping charges to ship the product(s) back to our warehouse.
