How do you pronounce Dunnaj?
Dunnaj is pronounced (Duh-Nàj).
Take the Tàj Mahal in Agra, India, for example. Tàj is the same way the end of Dunnaj sounds except with an 'n' sounding. Instead of Tàj it's Nàj.
Originally we were located in the heart of South Dakota but now our main office is located in Southern California.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our products worldwide! Shipping fees will be applied to all Non-Continental US (international) orders.
To get an international shipping quote, simply complete our quote request form.

Can I have an order shipped to a PO Box?
No. We require all destinations to be a physical street address.

Can I have an order shipped to an APO or FPO address?
No. We are unable to ship to APO & FPO addresses.

How long does a delivery take?
After an order is purchased, it is instantly placed in to processing. An order can take up to 4 business days to fully process and get ready for shipment.
Once shipped from our warehouse, please allow a transit time of 1-2 weeks for Continental US orders and a transit time of 2-4 weeks for Non-Continental US and International orders.
Note: Transit times will vary based on what was ordered and the size of the product(s).

Will I get delivery tracking information with my order?
Yes, every order receives delivery tracking information. Once an order ships from our warehouse, the tracking information will be sent to your email.

Yes! You can buy as much of a certain item as long as we have that amount in-stock.

You may receive more than one shipment or package when you place an order with multiple items.

Can I purchase an order with a Canadian PayPal Account?
Yes you can! We accept U.S. & Canadian PayPal payments from Verified PayPal Members.

I know you accept PayPal but what about credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards. We use PayPal to accept all online transactions. No PayPal account is needed when using a credit card for your purchase.
Sales and International Taxes

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes but only California-based orders are charged a sales tax of 8.75%. Orders shipped outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax.

Am I responsible for the International Duty Tax?
Customs Law requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering Canada and other countries.
By placing an order with Dunnaj.com, you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery.
Note: The Customs Law policy does not apply to United States placed orders.
